Return Policy

We hope you love everything you buy! Just in case you don’t, we do offer returns! Please e-mail us at osagechic@gmail.com to begin the return process. 

Items that are FINAL SALE! No returns or exchanges:

To qualify for a return, the item must be odor free and unworn. Original tags must be attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be refunded. 

To return in-store:

Items must be returned to the store within 7 days of purchasing or receiving your items. 

Shipping your return:

You must send us the tracking number for your return package within 7 days of receiving your items. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping labels, packaging, and any other costs associated are the responsibility of the customer. Typically USPS is less expensive for smaller packages and UPS is less expensive for larger packages. Check with your local shipping providers for more details.
